Biography

Julie Kamerow Skalkou graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park, in 1979 with a major degree in the Studio Arts and her second degree in Art History. Primarily a painter, she has free-lanced Fine Art commissions and the Graphic Arts, and her work can be found in public and private collections Europe and United States. She has been teaching at the Psychico and Athens College for the past ten years.
